Verity graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 2000. She is trained in Reiki master level and also is studying Craniosacral work through Bastyr University. She specializes in deep tissue massage and injury treatment. Verity completed Yoga Instruction Training at 8 Limbs Yoga in 2004.

Sara graduated from Seattle Massage School (Ashmead College) with honors in 1997. She decided to go to massage school due to a lower back injury she experienced while playing college volleyball. Having also a ten-year history in gymnastics, Sara has a special appreciation for working on injuries.
